The Client: Sundance Square Management oversees the planning and development of downtown Fort Worth's vibrant entertainment district, Sundance Square. In addition to its many duties related to entertainment, economic development and consumer safety, Sundance Square Management also leases and manages numerous commercial, retail and residential property sites thought the downtown area. Under the leadership of Sundance Square Management, downtown Fort Worth has experienced one of the most remarkable urban renewals in recent decades and serves as a model for other cities all over the country. The Objective: Sundance Square Management, like many property management companies, tends to experience a higher than desired amount of turnover of its commercial leasing tenants. A vacant office is money out the door for Sundance so they were seeking a new tool to help drive businesses downtown. To do so successfully would be dependent on not only providing an accurate picture of all commercial property availability, but also on properly educating potential tenants on property features and the benefits of working in a vibrant downtown community. The Solution: The Enilon Group designed and developed a new website geared towards educating businesses and consumers alike on the benefits of working and living in Sundance Square. The site contains up to date information on all Sundance properties from the luxurious D.R. Horton and Chase Texas Towers to the historical Burk Burnett Building and everything in between. Specific availability at each of the properties is easily viewable by site users. Most importantly, Sundance can easily update space availability at any of its properties via an intuitive, browser-based Content Management System.
