Sr. PPC Specialist

This position will manage the day-to-day of paid search marketing (PPC) campaigns. Experience teaming with strategy, analytics and creative departments will be important since your campaigns will be a part of our 360 programs. We are a close team and want someone who is accountable, likes data and can play well with others.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily activities related to researching, planning, architecting and implementing a variety of online marketing campaigns specifically: paid search marketing (SEM)
  • Work both directly with clients as well as other Enilon team members (Account Management, Project Management, Sales etc.) to clearly understand client goals and business in order to formulate effective plans
  • Create and deliver new or existing client presentations covering the business case for your recommendations
  • Forecast paid search growth and conversion opportunity
  • Advanced optimized campaign architecture comprehension
  • Advanced understanding of bidding, budgets, pacing and reports KPI’s
  • Provide strategic recommendations on overall account success and growth (i.e. quality score analysis and user experience optimization)
  • Oversees all paid vendor communications
  • Be in a constant state of research and learning in order to remain on top of industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with other digital marketing vehicles such as email marketing and display a plus, but not required
  • Strong leadership skills – willingness to teach and delegate tasks


Paid Search Marketing
  • Has mastered all aspects of paid search campaign management on Google Adwords, Yahoo/Bing, and has strong grasp of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other second tier platforms
  • Audits, analyzes and communicates performance results with clients of various paid search knowledge
Web Analytics
  • Configure web analytics software such as Google Adwords or similar products
  • Study analytics information to help formulate strategies and actions in each of the above disciplines

Experience & Skills Required

  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing field including a strong understanding of each of the disciplines included in this description
  • 3-5 years in an agency relationship dealing with multiple clients in varied industries and budget levels
  • Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
  • Insatiable desire to learn
