Ken’s analytical perspective, technical background and marketing and business experience combine to provide strong strategic leadership. Focused on the growth and vision of the agency and maintaining solid client relationships, Ken ensures Enilon continues to be leader within the industry and a strategic digital partner to its clients.
Business and web strategy are second nature to Ken. Prior to co-founding Enilon, Ken was the Director of Business Development for VirtuallyThere, where he worked closely with clients from initial identification of the opportunity all the way through to successful implementation. Before VirtuallyThere, Ken directed web strategy for Harris Methodist Health System and Texas Health Resources.
Director of Client Services
As Enilon’s Director of Client Services, Claire is our clients’ biggest advocate. Providing strategic direction, she ensures the clients’ business and communication objectives are delivered using smart, appropriate and innovative technology. She is also responsible for developing digital marketing programs for our clients and executing compelling campaigns that ignite excitement and response. Digital marketing strategy, web strategy, social media, blogs, copy writing, email marketing and finely tuned behavioral targeting are all weapons in Claire’s interactive arsenal. Claire’s wealth of marketing and account management skills comes from both digital and traditional backgrounds where she has helped her clients swiftly navigate their way into their prospects’ hearts, minds and behaviors.
Partner and co-founder of Enilon, Jeff is responsible for overseeing all agency business and financial operations. Together with Ken, he guides the strategic vision of the agency – providing thought leadership, instilling interactive best practices, and ensuring client satisfaction and agency profitability.
Jeff is no stranger to building a successful business. Prior to Enilon, Jeff was the co-founder of VirtuallyThere Inc., one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s first and most respected web development firms. Under Jeff’s leadership and vision, VirtuallyThere grew from a three-person firm located above a garage to one of the metroplex’s most successful web development firms claiming such clients as Pier 1 Imports, American Airlines, Citigroup, Justin Brands and many more, both large and small.
Partner, UX Director
Justin is responsible for the creative department, where he ensures that we consistently produce effective and meaningful work.
Justin joined us from imc2, where he was the VP Creative Director over the Dallas office. With over 13 years of experience, his creative direction has led to the successful online programs for industry-leading brands such as M&Ms, Olay, Exxon, IAMS, and Subaru.
He also has an extensive health and wellness background for clients such as Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline.
Digital Marketing Director
Jake was born and raised as a marketing strategist. Creating, building, improving, and automating processes that the everyday customer goes through to be more intelligent and focused is his passion. As head of the marketing division at Enilon, his organic and data-driven approach to reaching customers is the hallmark of our marketing approach at Enilon. Jake’s wide perspective and experience in the customer path, gives him the unique ability to see the whole picture and contribute from a practical and strategic standpoint.
Matt comes to Enilon with nearly a decade of software development experience under his belt. As our primary application developer, Matt is responsible for not only planning and executing the day-to-day deliverables, but also informing Enilon’s technology choices to ensure we’re meeting the ever-changing needs of the marketplace. Matt is a champion of creating engaging digital experiences that put the user first. With a masters degree in English and college teaching experience, Matt is uniquely positioned to bring a human-centered focus to technology. This approach and his understanding of broader project goals make him a true asset on any project.
Heather has over 7 successful years of agency experience working on integrated digital initiatives for both B2B and B2C campaigns including many familiar brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, T-Mobile, and Pizza Hut.
Her stints at both Tribal DDB and Tracy Locke have allowed her to hone her management experience across traditional, digital and emerging media.
Heather is an enthusiastic Texas Country Music lover as well as a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan — she insists this will be the year they bring home the Lombardi Trophy.
Most importantly, Heather is a dedicated account manager determined to being your partner, advocate and extended team member in your marketing success.
User Experience Developer
Jason is responsible for helping design, and develop digital experiences; they may include web sites, mobile applications, or kiosks. He collaborates and supports other UX team members in the execution of all user experience developer deliverables. Prior to Enilon, Jason worked in the healthcare management industry and studied programming throughout college until he made a full transition into web development. He brings 6 years of experience in UX development.
Jessica is Enilon’s lead project manager and understands how every detail of a project contributes to the overall success. Behind every successful project at Enilon, you will find her blueprint and dedication. With more than 7 years of interactive project management experience with brands such as Harley Davidson, Samsung, Pizza Hut, T-Mobile, and Pepsico, she understands how digital projects are organized and executed for true results. Jessica is responsible for managing digital projects from inception to completion, using project management best practices to execute projects on budget and on time.
Paid Advertising Lead
Sarah brings a fresh perspective and unique ideas to her digital marketing campaigns. Her passions include display advertising and social media marketing. Specialties include cross-channel digital strategy, branding, direct response focused dynamic display, PPC and mobile marketing. She thrives in a collaborative team environment and lives for a challenge. She also creates a fun yet productive work environment and is laser focused on developing campaigns that meet her client’s goals.
Kyle joined Enilon in 2014 as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Before that he was an Account Manager at Dex Media. He maintains current certifications in Google and Bing and takes staying on top of new industry information seriously. He is a married father of 3 who enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with his family.
User Experience Developer
Chris brings over 5 years of experience in developing websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla. From using coding best practices to implementing SEO, his extreme detail-oriented focus helps Enilon bring online experiences to life. Chris drives meaningful change and helps to spearhead adoption of tested new trends such as responsive design. As a Theater major and self-proclaimed nerd, Chris also keeps us laughing and up to date with pop culture.
Technology Project Manager
Depending on agency needs, Flint plays developer or project manager. In the past, he has managed projects as large as $5 million and has built everything from specialized search engines to funeral home management software. Flint is a credentialed Professional Project Manager and has 5 years of LAMP development experience. His degree in biomechanical engineering is mostly unrelated to his career path, but it does make him a methodical problem solver.
